• Ricky Earl Murra made an initial appearance on two counts of a harassment-first degree charge. Chris Clausen is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 13. Bond is set for $4,000 cash.
• Scott Edward Blair made an initial appearance on a a warrant for failure to appear and a warrant for pre-trial release revocation. Pre-trial release is revoked and bond is set at $2,000 cash.
• Caleb Mackenzie Janssen made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge. Meegan Keller is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 26.
• Tabatha Elaine Jordan failed to appear on a fireworks violation charge and the court found her guilty. The fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.
• Julio C. Rodriguez Gonzalez made an initial appearance on an operation without certificate of title charge, a driving while revoked charge and a speeding charge. Leah Patton is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 26.
• Sara Allison Barber made an initial appearance on a possession of marijuana-first offense charge and a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. Patrick Peters is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 26. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
• Ernestina Perez made an initial appearance on a theft-first degree charge and a forgery charge. Jeff Hazen is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 26.
• William Harold Whitten III made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 25 in Magistrate Court.
• Nicholas Tracy Underhill made an initial appearance on a operating while under the influence-first offense charge. Underhill will hire his own counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 26. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
• Jose Luis Garcia Pelayo made an initial appearance on a selling or dispensing alcohol or beer after hours charge. Garcia Pelayo pleaded guilty and the fine is $645 with a $96.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $801.75.
