• On Tuesday, Oct. 31, Samantha Roeder, 33, was arrested on a warrant charging her with theft-third degree.
Accidents
• On Sunday, Oct. 29, an SUV driven by Thon Van Le, 56, of Urbandale, was southbound on Highway 330 when it struck a deer that entered the roadway resulting in severe damage to the front passenger side bumper. No injuries were reported. Damage to the Le SUV was estimated at $4,500.
• On Friday, Oct. 20, an SUV driven by Keon Cortell Sharp, 41, of Marshalltown, was southbound on Highway 330 when it struck a deer that entered the roadway sustaining severe, totaling damage to the front bumper. No injuries were reported. Damage to the Sharp SUV was estimated at $8,500.
