• Natrisha Leigh Banks made an initial appearance on an assault causing bodily injury or mental illness charge and a parole violation charge. The preliminary hearing on the assault charge is set for 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 1. Bond is set at $1,000 cash or surety. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party. Jeff Hazen is appointed as counsel on the parole violation charge. The parole revocation hearing will be scheduled by the Administrative Law Judge. Banks is being held without bond.
• Sally Lynn Ritchie made an initial appearance on a theft-third degree charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 11.
• Jessica Marie Catron made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. Jeff Hazen is appointed as counsel. The pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 13 in Magistrate Court.

• On Monday, Nov. 20, Andrew Mazurik, 25, was arrested for no insurance, driving while license is denied, canceled, revoked or suspended and on a warrant.
