• On Monday, Nov. 27, Tiancong Deng, 32, was arrested for operating while under the influence-first offense.

• On Monday, Nov. 27, Rikki Holman, 31, was arrested on a warrant charging her with forgery-identity theft.

• On Saturday, Nov. 25, Noe Hernandez Cordero, 41, was arrested for no insurance, no valid driver’s license, possession of marijuana-second offense.

• On Saturday, Nov. 25, Ryne Clingerman, 38, was arrested for operating while under the influence-second offense, carrying weapon while intoxicated and speeding.

Accidents

• On Monday, Nov. 20, a car driven by Robert Steven Nusbaum, 67, of State Center, was westbound on Highway 30 when it struck a deer that exited the median. No injuries were reported. Damage to the Nusbaum car was estimated at $7,000.

• On Friday, Nov. 17, an SUV driven by Andrea Leigh Young Clark, 39, of Garwin, was westbound on Highway 30 when it struck a deer that jumped onto the road from the north ditch. No injuries were reported. Damage to the Young Clark SUV was estimated at $2,000.
