• Annika Lyssa Shabaiash Aanenson made an initial appearance on a harassment-third degree charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 21 in Magistrate Court. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
• Ashley Nicole Ruring made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. Patrick Peters is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court.
• Delaurentiss Caetano Arnell Thomas made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge and a failure to obey a stop sign and yield the right of way charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 21 in Magistrate Court.
• Jesse J. Albee made an initial appearance on a dog at large charge and a rabies vaccination violation charge. Albee pleaded guilty to both charges. The fine is $210 with a $31.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $301.50.
• Daniel Sanchez Vasquez made an initial appearance on a interference with official acts resulting in bodily injury charge and three counts of a false reporting to 911 charge. Mark Olberding is appointed as counsel. The pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 21 in Magistrate Court.
• Estefany Contreras Banderas made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. Contreras Banderas pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.
• Kate Marie Bowermaster made an initial appearance on an unlawful passing of a school bus-first offense charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 21 in Magistrate Court.
