• Charles Lynn Poafpybitty made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge and a speeding charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9 a.m. on Nov. 28.

• Jacob Lee Catherwood made an initial appearance on three counts of a probation violation charge. Scott Hunter is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearings are set for 1 p.m. on Jan. 2, 2024. Catherwood is being held without bond.

• Charles Leroy Lee Hovey made an initial appearance on an animal neglect charge and a rabies vaccination violation charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 29 in Magistrate Court.

• Andre E. Dow made an initial appearance on a domestic abuse assault-first offense charge and a driving under suspension charge. Scott Hunter is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing on the domestic abuse charge is set for 9 a.m. on Nov. 28. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 29 in Magistrate Court on the driving under suspension charge. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Tessa Jane Mora made an initial appearance on a probation violation charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing is set for 1:30 p.m. on Jan. 2, 2024.

• Elva M. Ayala Perdomo De Arevalo made an initial appearance on a dog at large charge and a rabies vaccination violation charge. Perdomo De Arevalo pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• Tara Jolene Klein made an initial appearance on a operating while under the influence-third or subsequent offense charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9 a.m. on Nov. 28. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• Daniel Mendoza made an initial appearance on an operating while under the influence-third or subsequent offense charge, an open container charge and a failure to obey a stop sign and yield the right of way charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9 a.m. on Nov. 28. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• Ryan Douglas Edwards made an initial appearance on an assault charge, a reckless use of firearm charge and a disorderly conduct charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 29 in Magistrate court.

• Rosie Marie Youngbear made an initial appearance on a theft-fourth degree charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9 a.m. on Nov. 28.

• Miko Kipp Youngbear made an initial appearance on a theft-fourth degree charge and a theft-fifth degree charge. Jeff Hazen is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9 a.m. on Nov. 28.
