• Ismat Abdalla Hassan made an initial appearance on a possession of drug paraphernalia charge, two counts of a violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge and a violation of probation charge. Arielle Lipman is appointed as counsel for one of the contempt charges and the probation charge. The contempt hearing is set for 11:30 a.m. on Dec. 18. The probation revocation hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 29. Bond is set at $2,000 cash. Stephen Allison is appointed as counsel for the second contempt charge. Hassan pleaded guilty to the possession of drug paraphernalia charge and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
• Ricky Earl Murra made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for an arraignment hearing charge. The arraignment hearing is rescheduled for 9 a.m. on Dec. 20. Bond is set at $4,000 cash or surety.

• Bradley Jacob Osgood made an initial appearance on a no valid driver's license-motorcycle charge, a failure to yield to an emergency vehicle charge, a speeding charge and a driving under suspension charge. Osgood pleaded guilty to all charges. The fine on the driver's license charge is $260 with a $39 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $354. The fine on the failure to yield charge is $135 with a $20.25 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $210.25. The fine on the speeding charge is $160 with a $24 charge and $55 in court costs for a total of $239. The fine on the driving under suspension is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.
