• Ismat Abdalla Hassan made an initial appearance on a possession of drug paraphernalia charge, two counts of a violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge and a violation of probation charge. Arielle Lipman is appointed as counsel for one of the contempt charges and the probation charge. The contempt hearing is set for 11:30 a.m. on Dec. 18. The probation revocation hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 29. Bond is set at $2,000 cash. Stephen Allison is appointed as counsel for the second contempt charge. The contempt hearing is set at 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 18. Hassan pleaded guilty to the possession of drug paraphernalia charge and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Ricky Earl Murra made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for an arraignment hearing charge. The arraignment hearing is rescheduled for 9 a.m. on Dec. 20. Bond is set at $4,000 cash or surety.

• Izek Johnathon Wayne Menne made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge. Danielle Dunne is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 28.

• Armando Garcia made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge, a dark windows/windshield charge and a driving under suspension charge. Francis Hurley is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 28.

• Bradley Jacob Osgood made an initial appearance on a no valid driver's license-motorcycle charge, a failure to yield to an emergency vehicle charge, a speeding charge and a driving under suspension charge. Osgood pleaded guilty to all charges. The fine on the driver's license charge is $260 with a $39 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $354. The fine on the failure to yield charge is $135 with a $20.25 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $210.25. The fine on the speeding charge is $160 with a $24 charge and $55 in court costs for a total of $239. The fine on the driving under suspension is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.

• Jason Allen Smith made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. Smith pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.

• Christopher Lyle Varnum made an initial appearance on a theft-third degree charge. Jeff Hazen is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 28.

• Jose Antonio Marceleno Martinez made an initial appearance on a assault causing bodily injury charge and a criminal mischief-third degree charge. Jennie Wilson-Moore is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is waived. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Curtis Hebel made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 28.

• Kyle Parker Newby made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge and a driving under suspension charge. Lucas Asbury is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 28.

• Preston Marcus Duncan II made an initial appearance on an eluding charge, a driving while barred charge, a dark windows/windshield charge, a failure to display a registration plate charge and two counts of a failure to obey a stop sign charge. Alexandra Nelissen is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 28.

• Jesse Alexander Garcia Medel made an initial appearance on a driving while license is under suspension charge and a speeding charge. Garcia Medel pleaded guilty to both charges. The fine on the driving under suspension is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50. The fine on the speeding charge is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $175.75.

• Jessica Marie Catron made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. Catron pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.

• Elder Dalexandro Soto Tejada failed to appear on a driving under suspension charge and the court found him guilty. The fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.
