• Celina Marie Victor made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for an arraignment hearing charge and a violation of probation charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The Bond for the arraignment charge is $2,000 cash. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Court. Victor is being held without bond.
• Michael Edward Hoover made an initial appearance on a domestic abuse assault-third offense charge and an interference with official acts charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9 a.m. on Dec. 11. Bond is set at $5,000 cash or surety. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
• Lisa Marie Stochl made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. Chris Clausen will continue as counsel. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Court. Stochl is being held without bond.

• William Ray Simmons made an initial appearance on an assault charge. Simmons pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
• Jonathan Lee McKeever made an initial appearance on an operating while under the influence-second offense charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set at 9 a.m. on Dec. 21. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
