• Jessica Sue Wenman made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 17, 2024, in Magistrate Court.
• Adelso Martinez Zuniga made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. Martinez Zuniga pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.
