• Jomari Morales made an initial appearance on two counts of a probation violation charge, a pre-trial release violation charge and a providing false identification information charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel on the probation violations. The probation revocation hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on March 6. Morales is being held without bond. Pre-trial release was revoked. The bond is set at $10,000 cash. A sentencing hearing on this case is set for 10 a.m. on March 18. Patrick Peters i appointed as counsel for the providing false I.D. information charge. The pre-trial conference is set at 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 21 in Magistrate Court. Bond is set at $300 cash or surety.

• Danielle Michelle Leon made an initial appearance on a possession of a controlled substance-third or subsequent offense-methamphetamine charge, an operating while under the influence-first offense charge and a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set at 9 a.m. on Feb. 9. Bond is set at $3,000 cash or surety. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• Victor Ernest Hernandez Moreno made an initial appearance on two counts of a dog at large charge and two counts of a rabies vaccination violation charge. Hernandez Moreno pleaded guilty and the fine is $420 with a $63 surcharge and $102 in court costs for a total of $585.

• Amelia Marie Robinson made an initial appearance on a registration violation charge and a driving under suspension charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on March 13 in Magistrate Court.

• Shane Robert Winslow failed to appear on a driving under suspension charge and the court found him guilty. The fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.

• Juana Yudis Ramirez Ramos made an initial appearance on a dog at large charge. Ramirez Ramos pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• Chase Steven Baumgartner made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing is set for 9 a.m. on March 6.

• Andrew Arthur Brodahl made an initial appearance on a failure to stop in the assured, clear distance charge. Brodahl pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• Tasia Breean Casteel made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. Jeff Hazen is appointed as counsel. The pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 21 in Magistrate Court.

• Ryan Lee Grabau failed to appear on a speeding charge and the court found him guilty. The fine is $55 with a $8.25 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $118.25.
