• Charles Lynn Poafpybitty made an initial appearance on a violation of pre-trial release charge. Pre-trial release revoked. Bond is set at $7,000 cash.

• Skyler Austin Wright made an initial appearance on a violation of a controlled substance charge, a possession of a controlled substance charge, an ineligible carrying a weapon charge, a careless driving charge and a theft-fifth degree charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9 a.m. on Jan. 22. Bon is set at $5,000 cash or surety. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• Cristopher Pineda Alvardo made an initial appearance on an operating while under the influence-first offense charge, an operating without registration charge and a speeding charge. Dusty Clements is acting as counsel. The initial appearance has been waived and a motion for discovery requested.

• On Sunday, Jan. 14, Myles Miller, 21, was arrested for operating while under the influence-first offense.

• On Sunday, Jan. 14, Raul Rodriguez Gonzalez, 38, was arrested for assault causing bodily injury-no intent and domestic abuse assault-second offense.

• On Saturday, Jan. 13, Jesus Oquendo Vazquez, 43, was arrested for theft-fifth degree.

• On Saturday, Jan. 13, Donna Soto, 35, was arrested for child endangerment-bodily injury resulting and assault causing bodily injury or mental illness-no intent.

• On Friday, Jan. 12, Joshua Patterson, 39, was arrested for contempt of court/violation of a no-contact order.

• On Thursday, Jan. 11, Adelfo Lamonto Jr., 48, was arrested for driving while barred-habitual offender.

• On Thursday, Jan. 11, Juana Ramirez Ramos, 43, was arrested for dog at large.

• On Friday, Jan. 12, Arianne Exposito, 37, was arrested for driving a commercial vehicle while disqualified, operating a commercial motor vehicle without a valid CDL, no insurance-accident and driving while license is denied, canceled, revoked or suspended.

• On Thursday, Jan. 11, Charles Poafpybitty, 49, was arrested on a warrant charging him with possession of a controlled substance-third or subsequent offense and driving while barred-habitual offender.
