• Alexander Michael Wayne Anderson made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for an initial hearing on a driving while barred charge and a possession of a controlled substance-third or subsequent offense charge. The public defender's office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 7. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
• Timothy Daniel Garrett made an initial appearance on a dominion or control of a firearm by a felon charge, a child endangerment charge, an eluding charge, three counts of a speeding charge, an eluding-25 mph over limit charge, a careless driving charge and two counts of a failure to use headlamps when required charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 26. Bond is set at $13,000 cash or surety.
• Tina Wennie Kollie made an initial appearance on two counts of a failure to appear for an arraignment charge. The arraignment hearing is rescheduled for 9 a.m. on Feb. 2. A pre-trial conference is set for 1 p.m. on Feb. 9 with the jury trial set at 9 a.m. on Feb. 22.
