• Adreanna Marie Fracek made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Court.
• Caleb Mackenzie Janssen made an initial appearance on a domestic abuse assault-second offense charge and a child endangerment charge. Michael Arleth is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 5. Bond is set at $3,000 cash. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
• Austin Logan Miller made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for a pre-trial conference charge. The pre-trial conference and jury trial will be rescheduled by the District Associate Court.
• Marco Venegas made an initial appearance on 34 counts of a violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge and a separate violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge. The contempt hearing for both cases is set for 1 p.m. on Feb. 9. Bond is set at $6,000 cash or surety. A new no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
• Agnes Omadjadi Washokenyi made an initial appearance on an assault causing bodily injury charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set at 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 15.
• Myles Alan Miller made an initial appearance on an operating while under the influence-first offense charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 15. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
• Jeron Herman made an initial appearance on a public intoxication charge. Herman pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• On Friday, Jan. 26, Austin Miller, 33, was arrested on a warrant.
• On Thursday, Jan. 25, Caleb Janssen, 29, was arrested for child endangerment-substantial risk and domestic abuse assault-second offense-both simples.
