• Celia Jayne Roberts made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for a sentencing hearing charge following the entering of a guilty plea. The fine is $855 with a $218.25 surcharge and $177 in court costs for a total of $1,250.25. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
• Deven Ray Spinks made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for a pre-trial conference charge and a burglary-third degree charge and a theft-third degree charge. The pre-trial conference is rescheduled for 1 p.m. on Feb. 9 and the jury trial is rescheduled for 9 a.m. on Feb. 22. Spinks is being held without bond. The preliminary hearing on the burglary and theft charges is set at 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 2. Bond is set at $5,000 cash or surety.
• Tidial Maker Kuany made an initial appearance on a parole violation charge. Jennie Wilson-Moore is appointed as counsel. The parole violation charge will be scheduled by the Administrative Law Judge. Kuany is being held without bond.

Incidents
• On Wednesday, Jan. 24, a theft from a building was reported in the 400 block of North Second Avenue.
• On Monday, Jan. 22, a theft of motor vehicle parts was reported in the 1100 block of May Street.
Arrests
• On Wednesday, Jan. 24, Tera Kibbee, 30, was arrested for possession of Cannabidiol-first offense.
• On Wednesday, Jan. 24, Tidial Kuany, 20, was arrested on a warrant.
• On Wednesday, Jan. 24, Andrew Stengele III, 32, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while license is denied, canceled, revoked or suspended and possession of a controlled substance-third or subsequent offense.
• On Wednesday, Jan. 24, Celia Roberts, 24, was arrested on a warrant.
• On Monday, Jan. 22, Dale Clell Jones, 50, was arrested for sex offender registry requirement violation-first offense.
