• Gina Kiris Anthony made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge and a criminal mischief-fifth degree charge. The public defender's office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9 a.m. on Jan. 26.
• Angel Adrian Yepez made an initial appearance on a no insurance-accident charge, a no valid driver's license charge and a reckless driving charge. Yepez pleaded guilty to all charges. The fine on the no insurance charge is $645 with a $96.75 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $796.75. The fine on the driver's license charge is $260 with a $39 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $354. The fine for reckless driving is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.
• Nathan Thomas Lucas made an initial appearance on Jan. 5 on a driving while barred charge. The public defender's office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9 a.m. on Jan. 26.
• Jamaine Anthony Simmons made an initial appearance on an assault causing bodily injury. Dusty Clements continues as counsel. The preliminary hearing is waived. A motion for discovery is granted. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• On Sunday, Jan. 7, Scott Imsland, 47, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, child endangerment-substantial risk, possession of cannabidiol-first offense and domestic abuse assault-first offense-causing bodily injury.
• On Sunday, Jan. 7, Tyler Kunch, 23, was arrested for possession of cannabidiol-first offense and possession of a controlled substance-first offense.
• On Sunday, Jan. 7, Himie Manston, 30, was arrested for domestic abuse assault-first offense-causing bodily injury.
• On Sunday, Jan. 7, Jeffrey Miron II, 25, was arrested for public intoxication-first offense.
• On Sunday, Jan. 7, Aung Win, 38, was arrested on a warrant.
• On Saturday, Jan. 6, Raymond Spangenburg, 55, was arrested for operating while under the influence-first offense.
• On Saturday, Jan. 6, Manuel Vargas Rosas, 25, was arrested on a warrant.
• On Friday, Jan. 5, Kerry Logan, 60, was arrested on a warrant.
• On Friday, Jan. 5, Lougan Flores De Leon, 20, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, credit card fraud and possession of marijuana-first offense.

• On Friday, Jan. 5, Rogelio Sanchez Sanchez, 32, was arrested for possession of cannabidiol-second offense, driving while barred-habitual offender, driving while license is denied, canceled, revoked or suspended, fraudulent use of registration, operation of non-registered vehicle, dark windows or windshield and no insurance-accident.
