• Felly Litalema Amisi made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for an arraignment hearing charge. The arraignment hearing is rescheduled for 9 a.m. on March 11. Bond is set at $1,000 cash.

• Sean Drew Williams made an initial appearance on a pre-trial release violation charge. Pre-trial release is revoked. Bond is set at $2,000 cash.

• Win Na Say made an initial appearance on an operating while under the influence-second offense charge, an open container charge, a failure to carry a registration card charge, a use of electronic device charge and a no insurance charge. Arach Wilson III is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9 a.m. on march 13. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• Anthony James Shearer made an initial appearance on a parole violation charge. Jeff Hazen is appointed as counsel. The paroled revocation hearing will be scheduled by the Administrative Law Judge. Shearer is being held without bond.

• Amber Lee Cervantes Arteaga made an initial appearance on a burglary-third degree charge. Jessica Maffitt is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on March 8.

• Matthew Scott Bodie made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. Jennie Wilson-Moore is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing is set for 9 a.m. on March 27.

• Jorge Nunez Baeza made an initial appearance on a dog at large charge. Nunez Baeza pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• Rachele Marie Elliott made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on March 6 in Magistrate Court.

• Michael Dale Reeves made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on March 13 in Magistrate Court.

• On Thursday, Feb. 22, Michael Darling, 38, was arrested for theft-fifth degree.
