• Takecare Repwak made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for a pre-trial conference ahead of a trial charge. The pre-trial conference is set for 1 p.m. on April 12.
• Cody Michael Lippart made an initial appearance on an escape from custody-felon charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on March 29. Bond is set at $5,000 cash or surety.
• Joseph Dean Ashby made an initial appearance on a violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge. Sara Pasquale is appointed as counsel. The contempt hearing will be scheduled by the District Court. A new no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• On Thursday, March 21, Nicholas Etter, 43, was arrested on a police citation for absence from custody.
• On Thursday, March 21, Cody Lippart, 31, was arrested on a warrant charging him with escape from custody.
