• Lance Mandell Walker made an initial appearance on a public intoxication charge. Walker pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• Tadros Kuach Kuach made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge, a no insurance charge and a failure to use seat belts for a minor charge. Kuach pleaded guilty to all charges. The fine on the driving under suspension is $250 with a $37.50 and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50. The fine for the no insurance is $325 with a $48.75 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $428.75. The fine for the seat belt violation is $70 with a $10.50 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $135.50.

• Matthew Michael Blink made an initial appearance on a criminal mischief-fifth degree charge. Blink pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• Blaine Micheal Gentry made an initial appearance on a harassment-third degree charge. The pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on April 10 in Magistrate Court. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Melissa Nelson made an initial appearance on two counts of a truancy charge. Nelson pleaded guilty and the fine is $100 each with court costs of $121 each for a total of $442.

• Kayla Elizabeth Ocampo made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge, a registration violation charge and a drivin under suspension charge. The public defender’s office is appointed. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on April 12.
