• Kyle McGrath made an initial appearance on an extradition from the State of Missouri charge. Jessica Maffitt is appointed as counsel. The extradition hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. McGrath is being held without bond.

• Andrew Lee Varnum made an initial appearance on a parole violation charge. Jeff Hazen is appointed as counsel. The parole revocation hearing will be scheduled by the Administrative Law Judge. Varnum is being held without bond.

• Victor Mora made an initial appearance on a violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge. Jennie Wilson-Moore is appointed as counsel. The contempt hearing will be scheduled by the District Court.

• Mark Anthony Pierce made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing is set for 10:30 a.m. on April 26. Bond is set at $1,000 cash or surety.

• Jose Alberto Carrazco Rodriguez made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on April 17 in Magistrate Court.
