• Alexander Clay Belinsky Dow made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. Benjamin Harris-Medina is appointed as counsel. The pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on May 22 in Magistrate Court.
• Delaurentiss Caetano Arnell Thomas made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on May 8 in Magistrate Court.
• Ruben Alexis Maldonad Carlo made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. Carlo pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.
• Armando Balderas Jr. made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge and a no insurance charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on June 5 in Magistrate Court.
• Justin Daniel Brekke made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge. Mark Torche is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on May 13.
• Jessica Marie Catron made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge. Jeff Hazen is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on May 13.

Arrests
• On Tuesday, April 23, Sean Minix, 26, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance-third or subsequent offense, assault on persons in certain occupations-no injury, interference with official acts-bodily injury result, trespass-second offense and on a warrant.
• On Tuesday, April 23, Amanda Manatt, 35, was arrested on a warrant.

• On Tuesday, April 23, Bernard Brooks, 30, was arrested on a warrant charging him with two counts of harassment-first degree-threaten forcible felony, habitual offender, two counts of assault with a dangerous weapon, interference with official-armed with a firearm, possession of a firearm or offensive weapon by a felon and leaving the scene of an accident resulting in a death.
