April 25

• Jeffery James Heslop made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for a pre-trial conference charge and two counts of a failure to appear for an arraignment hearing charge. An Order for Discovery has been issued for the pre-trial conference. The arraignment hearing is rescheduled for 9 a.m. on May 1. Bond is set at $5,000 cash.

• Fikiri Martin Tundu made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for a theft-third degree charge. Sara Pasquale is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on May 15.

• Kellen Joseph Nail made an initial appearance on a violation of a no-contact/contempt of court charge. The contempt hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. A new no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

April 24

• Sean Michael Minix made an initial appearance on a possession of a controlled substance-third or subsequent offense charge, an assault on persons in certain occupations charge, a trespass-second offense charge and an interference with official acts charge. Julia Cutler is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on May 3. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court. Bond is set at $5,000 cash or surety.
