• Sean Drew Williams made an initial appearance on a violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge. The contempt hearing is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on May 8. A new no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
• Chase Steven Baumgartner made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge and a trespass-first offense charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on May 29 in Magistrate Court.
• Azra Papakee made an initial appearance on an operating while under the influence-second offense charge. Benjamin Harris-Medina is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on May 8. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
• Ian Francis Bear made an initial appearance on an operating while under the influence-first offense charge. Jacob Heard is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on May 15. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
• Kevin Douglas Young made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge, a fraudulent use of registration charge, a failure to maintain control charge and a no insurance charge. Leah Patton is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on May 15.
• Julio Alfredo Holguin made an initial appearance on a driving while revoked charge, a driving under suspension charge and a no insurance-accident charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on May 15.
• Robert Paul Junck made an initial appearance on a theft-fourth degree charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on May 15.
• Tyler John Lee Ingebritson made an initial appearance on a possession of marijuana-first offense charge. MarkTorche is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on May 15. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
• Patrick Earl Charles Jr. made an initial appearance on a child endangerment charge, two counts of a controlled substance violation charge, a dominion/control of a firearm by a domestic abuse offender charge and a failure to affix a drug tax stamp charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on May 15.
• Gabriel Morales Vasquez made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. Morales Vasquez pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.
• Roderick Eugene Gull made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on May 29 in Magistrate Court.

• On Thursday, April 25, Ian Bear, 30, was arrested on a warrant charging him with operating while under the influence-first offense.
• On Wednesday, April 24, Alexander Crane, 30, was arrested for operating while under the influence-first offense.
• On Wednesday, April 24, Fikiri Tundu, 25, was arrested on a warrant charging him with theft-third degree.
