• Alison Mary Egleston made an initial appearance on an operating while under the influence-first offense charge. Jennie Wilson-Moore is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is waived. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• Jordan Leann Pennington made an initial appearance on an operating while under the influence-first offense charge. Jeff Hazen is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9 a.m. on April 23. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• Brittany Joeanne Blocker made an initial appearance on a theft-fourth degree charge. Dusty Clements is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is waived.

• Ricardo C. Castellanos made an initial appearance on a disorderly conduct charge. Castellanos pleaded guilty and the fine is set at $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• Wendy Lynn Vazquez failed to appear on a driving under suspension charge and a no insurance charge and the court found her guilty on both counts. The fine on the driving under suspension is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50. The fine on the no insurance is $325 with a $48.75 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $428.75.

• Tina Marie Crookshank made an initial appearance on an unlawful passing of a school bus-first offense charge. Crookshank pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• Zachary Jo McDonald made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge, a possession of methamphetamine charge and a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9 a.m. on April 23. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• Miguel Angel Gutierrez made an initial appearance on a criminal mischief-fourth degree charge and a following too close charge. A preliminary hearing is set for 9 a.m. on April 23.

• Kristy Irene Marin made an initial appearance on a no insurance charge. Marin pleaded guilty and the fine is $325 with a $48.75 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $428.75.
