• Jesse J. Albee made an initial appearance on an absence from custody charge and two counts of a probation violation charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing on the absence from custody is set for 9:30 a.m. on May 20. The probation revocation hearings will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Albee is being held without bond.

• Jeron Herman made an initial appearance on an assault charge and a public intoxication charge. Dusty Clements is appointed as counsel. The initial appearance was waived.

• Genaro Macias Avalos made an initial appearance on a sexual abuse-second degree charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on May 20. Bond is set at $25,000 cash. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Benjamin Cuellar made an initial appearance on a dog at large charge and a rabies vaccination violation charge. Cuellar pleaded guilty to both charges and the fine is $210 with a $31.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $301.50.

• Ava Elizabeth Campbell made an initial appearance on a rabies vaccination violation charge. Campbell pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• Josefina Alvarez Ramirez made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. Alvarez Ramirez pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• Jasmine Rae Logsdon made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. Logsdon pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• Jose Juan Garcia Barrera failed to appear on a driving under suspension charge and the court found him guilty. The fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.
