• On Friday, May 10, Jesse Albee, 33, was arrested on a warrant charging him with absence from custody and two counts of violation of probation.

• On Friday, May 10, Juan Velazco Jr., 32, was arrested on a warrant charging him with criminal mischief-fourth degree.

• Abel Enriquez Jr. made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for an initial appearance on a violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge. The contempt hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Bond is set at $5,000 cash. A new no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Alexander Michael Crane made an initial appearance on an operating while under the influence-first offense charge and a speeding charge. Scott Hunter is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set at 9:30 a.m. on May 31. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• Naing Win Aung made an initial appearance on an unlawful passing of a school bus-first offense charge. Benjamin Harris-Medina is appointed as counsel. The pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on June 12 in Magistrate Court.
