• Dontavius Salvatore Griswold made an initial appearance on a burglary-third degree charge and a criminal mischief-fourth degree charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on May 22. Bond is set at $5,000 cash.
• Robert Dewayne Clark made an initial appearance on an interference with official acts-bodily injury charge and a possession of a controlled substance-third or subsequent offense charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on May 22. Bond is set at $5,000 cash or surety. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
Clark also made an appearance on a violation of probation charge. Jennie Wilson-Moore will continue as counsel. The probation revocation hearing is set for 1 p.m. on May 31. Clark is being held without bond.
• Dillon Jacob Bear made an initial appearance on a dog at large charge. Bear pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• Terry James Angle made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on May 31 in Magistrate Court.
• Trisha Dawn James failed to make an appearance on a no insurance charge and a driving under suspension charge and the court found her guilty on both charges. The fine on the no insurance is $325 with a $48.75 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $428.75. The fine on the driving under suspension is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.
• Jeron Herman failed to appear on a public intoxication charge and the court found him guilty. The fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.
