• Adam Wesley Flathers made an initial appearance on four counts of a probation violation charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Flathers is being held without bond.

• Alisa April Barnhart made an initial appearance on a burglary-third degree charge, a criminal mischief-third degree charge, a possession of a controlled substance charge, a theft-fifth degree charge and a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on May 29. Bond is set at $7,000 cash or surety. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• Keagan Slade Myers made an initial appearance on a rabies vaccination violation charge. Myers pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• Angel Alvarado made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on June 19 in Magistrate Court.

• Tera Leann Kibbee made an initial appearance on a possession of a controlled substance charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on June 7. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• Jesse Hernandez made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. Benjamin Harris-Medina is appointed as counsel. The pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on June 19 in Magistrate Court.
