• On Monday, May 20, Susie Arriola, 25, was arrested for driving while license is denied, canceled, revoked or suspended and possession of marijuana-second offense.

• On Monday, May 20, Logan Bear, 34, was arrested for operating while under the influence-second offense.

• On Monday, May 20, Gabriela Nunez Lesso, 32, was arrested for rabies vaccination violation.

• On Monday, May 20, Michael Scott, 38, was arrested for possession of marijuana-first offense and on a warrant.

• On Monday, May 20, Vincent Martinez, 31, was arrested on a warrant.

• On Monday, May 20, Benny Rodriguez, 38, was arrested for possession of marijuana-second offense.

May 21

• Victor Ernest Hernandez Moreno made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Hernandez Moreno is being held without bond.

• Logan Nathaniel Bear made an initial appearance on an operating while under the influence-second offense charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on June 7. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• Ryan Arthur Widger made an initial appearance on a domestic abuse assault-third or subsequent offense charge. Jeff Hazen is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on May 30. Bond is set at $6,000 cash. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Michael Joseph Scott made an initial appearance on an escape from custody-felon charge and a possession of marijuana-first degree charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on May 30. Bond is set at $6,000 cash. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
