• Michael Joseph Scott made an initial appearance on two counts of a violation of probation charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing is set for 9 a.m. on June 28. Scott is being held without bond.

• Nathan R. Burris made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for a court case/contempt of court charge. The contempt hearing is set at 3 p.m. on June 6 in District Court.
