• Travis John Kruse made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court.

• Andre Allen Young Jr. failed to appear for a driving under suspension charge. The court found Young guilty and the fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.

• Bruce Randy Benda failed to appear for a failure to stop in the assured, clear distance charge. The court found Benda guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• Marcos Eduardo Perez Sanchez made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for a pre-trial conference charge. The pre-trial conference is rescheduled for 9:30 a.m. on June 5 in Magistrate Court.
