• Randy Lee Johnson made an initial appearance on a possession of methamphetamine-first offense charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on May 28. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• Nicole Martina Blake made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. Blake pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• Elizabeth Garcia Papakee made an initial appearance on two counts of a violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge. Jennie Wilson-Moore is appointed as counsel. The contempt hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Bond is set at $1,000 cash or surety. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
