• Logan William Fehrmann Mercer made an initial appearance on an eluding charge, a careless driving charge, a speeding charge, a failure to obey a stop sign and yield the right of way charge, a no valid driver’s license charge and a reckless driving charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on July 2.

• Ana Paola Rodriguez Corona made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge and a failure to obey a stop sign charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on June 19 in Magistrate Court.

• Pedro Alfonso Estrada Garcia made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge and a speeding charge. Estrada Gracia pleaded guilty to both charges. The fine on the driving under suspension charge is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50. The fine on the speeding charge is $120 with a $18 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $193.

• Levi Anthony Tague made an initial appearance on a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. Tague pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• Carpentier Nieves Ramirez made an initial appearance on a theft-fourth degree charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on July 2.

• Zurilys Robles Soto made an initial appearance on a theft-fourth degree charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on July 2.

• Ashley Marie Hood made an initial appearance on an interference with official acts charge. Hood pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $360 in court costs for a total of $647.50.
