• Korbyn Joseph Kirk Verville made an initial appearance on an assault charge. Verville pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.
• Francisco Gabriel Barajas Manzo made an initial appearance on a controlled substance violation charge, a drug tax stamp violation charge, a possession of methamphetamine charge, a possession of drug paraphernalia charge and a driving while barred charge. Arch Wilson is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on July 5. Bond is set at $5,000 cash or surety. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
• Juan Eduardo Rivas Martinez made an initial appearance on an interference with official acts charge and a bicycle lights required charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on July 17 in Magistrate Court.
• Kjerstyn Joy Hagen Bachman failed to appear on a driving under suspension charge and the court found Hagen Bachman guilty. The fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.
• Kirsten Kay Bolle made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge and a failure to yield upon a left turn charge. Dusty Clements was appointed as counsel on the driving while barred charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on July 15. Bolle pleaded guilty on the left turn charge and the fine is $135 with a $20.25 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $210.25.
