The parole revocation hearing will be scheduled by the Administrative Law Judge. The probation revocation hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on July 31. Garza is being held without bond.

Accidents
• On Wednesday, June 19, an SUV driven by Traci Dlynn Roche, 50, of Marshalltown, was eastbound on Highway 30 when it struck a deer that entered the right lane. No injuries were reported. Damage to the Roche SUV was estimated at $1,500.
• On Sunday, June 16, an SUV driven by Philip Wayne Hand, 28, of Norwalk, was eastbound on Highway 30 when it struck a deer that entered the roadway. No injuries were reported. Damage to the Hand SUV was estimated at $8,000.
