• Antonio Villa Magana failed to appear on a driving under suspension charge and the court found him guilty. The fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.

• Juan Antonio Morales Gallegos made an initial appearance on an unlawful passing of a school bus-first offense charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on June 19 in Magistrate Court.

• Steven Dwight Carver made an initial appearance on an assault charge. Carver pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.57 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
