• Stephen Robert Szabo made an initial appearance on a violation of pre-trial release charge. Pre-trial release revoked. Bond is set at $2,000 cash only.

• Glenda Kay Smith made an initial appearance on a trespass-first offense charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on June 19 in Magistrate Court.

• Guy Lee Williams made an initial appearance on a domestic abuse assault-impeding the flow of air/blood charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on June 17. Bond is set at $2,000 cash or surety. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Rodrigo Axexis Diaz Diaz made an initial appearance on two counts of a driving under suspension charge. Diaz Diaz pleaded guilty and the fines are $250 with a $37.50 surcharge for each and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50 for each charge.

• Brent Angel Aguilar made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge and a possession of a controlled substance-third or subsequent offense charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on June 24. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
