• Keaton Anthony Zielstorf made an initial appearance on a violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge. The contempt hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Zielstorf is being held without bond. A new no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• David Michael Anderson made an initial appearance on an operating while under the influence-first offense charge and a possession or carrying dangerous weapons charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on July 30. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• Marial Reath Wechtour made an initial appearance on an interference with official acts charge, a trespass charge and a possession of alcohol by person 18/19/20-first offense. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on July 31 in Magistrate Court.

• Joanna Godinez Ascencio made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. Benjamin Harris-Medina is appointed as counsel. The pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on July 31 in Magistrate Court.

• Victoria Ortiz failed to appear on a failure to stop in the assured, clear distance charge and the court found her guilty. The fine is $135 with a $20.25 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $215.25.

• Aaron Levi Siebert made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. Mark Torche is appointed as counsel. The pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on July 31 in Magistrate Court.

• On Tuesday, July 9, Daniel Rensch, 72, was arrested for two counts of a domestic abuse assault-first offense with a dangerous weapon.

• On Tuesday, July 9, David Anderson, 42, was arrested for carry weapon while intoxicated and operating while under the influence-first offense.
