• Paola Marie Rodriguez Reyes made an initial appearance on a domestic abuse assault charge-first offense. Benjamin Harris-Medina was appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is waived. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
• Delson Hollis Pushetonequa made an initial appearance on a possession of a controlled substance charge and a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. Mark Torche is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on July 31. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
• Francisco Miguel Aguilera Chavez Jr. made an initial appearance on a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on July 31 in Magistrate Court.

Arrests
• On Wednesday, July 10, Lewis Randolph, 53, was arrested on a hold over for theft-fifth degree.
Accidents
• On Sunday, July 7, an SUV driven by Madeline Mae Ward, 21, of New Providence, was eastbound on 190th Street when it struck a deer that entered the roadway resulting in heavy front end damage. No injuries were reported. Damage to the Ward SUV was estimated at $10,000.
• On Saturday, July 6, a car driven by a 16-year-old female from Toledo was westbound on Highway 30 when it struck a deer that exited the median onto the roadway. No injuries were reported. Damage to the car was estimated at $4,500.
