• Nolan James Littrell made an initial appearance on two counts of a violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge and a stalking-violation of a protective order charge. The contempt hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on July 31. The preliminary hearing on the stalking charge is set for 9:30 a.m. on July 26. Bond is set at $10,000 cash. A new no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Brandon Lee Griggs made an initial appearance on an operating while under the influence-second offense charge and a driving under suspension charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 5. Bond is set at $1,000 cash or surety. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• Alexander Johnathan Loberg made an initial appearance on three counts of a criminal mischief-fifth degree charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 7 in Magistrate Court.

• William Robert Palmer made an initial appearance on three counts of a criminal mischief charge. Palmer pleaded guilty and the fine is $315 with a $47.25 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $422.25.
