• Travis James Bunn, made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. Mark Torche is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing is set for 11:30 a.m. on Aug. 21. Bunn is being held without bond.

• Dustin Lee Carmer made an initial appearance on a criminal mischief-fifth degree charge. Julia Cutler is appointed as counsel. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 7 in Magistrate Court.

• Carlos Alberto Sanchez made an initial appearance on a possession of marijuana-first offense charge. Patrick Peters is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on July 19. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• Stephen Ross Wiarda made an initial appearance on a harassment -third degree charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 7 in Magistrate Court. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
