• Kaily Lynette Beeghly aka Ali Shah made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for an arraignment hearing charge. Dusty Clements is appointed as counsel. The arraignment hearing is set for 9 a.m. on July 17.
• Jose Campos Vasquez made an initial appearance on an operating while under the influence-first offense charge, a driving under suspension charge, a no insurance charge, an improper use of lanes charge and an open container charge. Stephen Allison is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on July 25. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
• Keaton Douglas Thorn made an initial appearance on an operating while under the influence-second offense charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on July 25. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
• Carlos Edwardo Hernandez made an initial appearance on a domestic abuse assault-first offense charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on July 15. Bond is set at $1,000 cash or surety. A no-contact order has been submitted to the court.
• Jordan Ann Gragg made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge and a speeding charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 21 in Magistrate Court for the driving under suspension charge. Gragg pleaded guilty for the speeding charge and the fine is $55 with a $8.25 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $118.25.

• On Thursday, July 4, Khammay Senethavysouk made an initial appearance on a reckless use of firearm charge.
• On Thursday, July 4, Kaily Ali Shah, 41, was arrested on a warrant charging her with possession of a controlled substance-first offense.
• On Wednesday, July 3, Skylar Redmon, 25, was arrested on a hold charge.
• On Wednesday, July 3, Bryan Smith Jr., 33, was arrested for speeding, driving while license is denied, canceled, revoked or suspended, no insurance-accident and failure to maintain control of motor vehicle.
• On Wednesday, July 3, Alex Floyd, 35, was arrested on a warrant charging him with theft-third degree-shoplifting.
