• Julie Ann McLean made an initial appearance on a domestic abuse assault-second offense charge. Jessica Maffitt is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 9. Bond is $2,000 cash or surety. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Jared Alan Eibs made an initial appearance on a parole violation charge. Eibs will hire his own counsel. The parole revocation hearing will be scheduled by the Administrative Law Judge. Eibs is being held without bond.

• Dino Mukandama made an initial appearance on a theft-first degree charge, an identity theft of more than $10,000 charge and a forgery charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 9. Bond is set at $10,000 cash or surety.

• Jorge Vladimir Padron Pena made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Bond is set at $3,000 cash.

• David Ross Hornberg made an initial appearance on a child endangerment charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 9. Bond is set at $2,000 cash or surety. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Yordan Sanchez Bencosme made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. Benjamin Harris-Medina is appointed as counsel. The pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 28 in Magistrate Court.

• Jaqueline Paloma Carbajal Urena made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. Carbajal Urena pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• A 14-year-old male made an initial appearance on a curfew violation charge. The juvenile pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• A 16-year-old male made an initial appearance on a curfew violation charge. The juvenile pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• SK Singemasa made an initial appearance on a driving while revoked charge and a possession of marijuana-first offense charge. A preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 19. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• Jose Fidel Castillo Alvarez made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge and a domestic abuse assault-third or subsequent offense charge. Jeff Hazen is appointed as counsel on both charges. The probation revocation hearing is set for 10:30 a.m. on Sept. 11. Castillo Alvarez is being held without bond. The preliminary hearing for the domestic abuse assault charge is 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 18. Bond is set at $5,000 cash. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
