Arrests

• On Saturday, Aug. 10, Adam Darling, 34, was arrested on a warrant charging him with escape from custody.

• On Friday, Aug. 9, Aaron Gruver, 30, was arrested for failure to maintain control of motor vehicle, violate restricted license conditions, contempt/obstruct or prevent withdraw of specimen, driving while license is denied or revoked and operating while under the influence-third or subsequent offense.

• On Friday, Aug. 9, Brenda Loza, 56, was arrested on a warrant charging her with impersonating a public official.

• On Sunday, Aug. 11, Iraima Barajas-Ayard, 18, was arrested for dog at large.

• On Sunday, Aug. 11, Angel Cervantes, 25, was arrested for operating while under the influence-first offense.

• On Sunday, Aug. 11, Aidan Grandstaff, 21, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance-second offense-marijuana.

• On Sunday, Aug. 11, Willebaldo Laguna, 65, was arrested on a warrant.

• On Sunday, Aug. 11, David Peppers, 56, was arrested for criminal mischief-fifth degree, interference with official acts and on warrants.

• On Sunday, Aug. 11, Daniel Mendoza, 25, was arrested on a warrant.

• On Saturday, Aug. 10, Randy Edgar, 70, was arrested for parking in residential yards.

• On Saturday, Aug. 10, Raul Gallardo Rodriguez, 40, was arrested on a warrant.

• On Saturday, Aug. 10, Ray Wallace, 44, was arrested on a warrant.

• On Saturday, Aug. 10, Kiley Versteeg, 34, was arrested for theft-fifth degree-shoplifting.

• On Saturday, Aug. 10, Chad Bryant, 36, was arrested for harassment-first degree-threaten forcible felony and assault on persons in certain occupations.

• On Friday, Aug. 9, Muhawenimana Gilbert, 35, was arrested for operating without interlock device and driving while license is denied or revoked.

• On Friday, Aug. 9, Owen Collins, 21, was arrested for failure to yield upon entering a stop/yield intersection, speeding, eluding while exceeding speed limit by 25 mph or more and careless driving.

• Alan Diaz Avalos made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge and a no insurance charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 30.

• Edward Patrick Kline failed to appear for a driving under suspension charge and the court found him guilty. The fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.

• Ashley Kay Jackson made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge and a failure to maintain or use safety belts charge. Jackson pleaded guilty to both charges. The fine on the driving under suspension is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50. The fine on the safety belts charge is $70 with a $10.50 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $135.50.

• Tristan Peter Toszegi made an initial appearance on a possession of marijuana-first offense charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 30. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
