• On Thursday, Aug. 15, Noe Hernandez Espino, 49, was arrested on a warrant charging him with domestic abuse assault-first offense-causing bodily injury, possession of methamphetamine-first offense, three counts of child endangerment, domestic abuse assault with a dangerous weapon-first offense, assault with a dangerous weapon (threatening manner) and willful injury resulting in bodily injury.

• On Thursday, Aug. 15, Javier Perales, 32, was arrested on a warrant charging him with criminal mischief-fourth degree, violating individual rights and operating while under the influence-first offense.
