• Shayla Lee Beadle made an initial appearance on an assault on persons in certain occupations charge, a disorderly conduct charge and an interference with official acts charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Sept. 5.

• Matthew John Surber made an initial appearance on a domestic abuse assault-first offense charge and a simple domestic assault charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Sept. 5. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Jonathan Mendoza Gonzalez made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Sept. 18 in Magistrate Court.

• On Sunday, Aug. 25, Donnielle Wanatee, 48, was arrested for operating while under the influence-first offense.

• On Saturday, Aug. 24, Vidian Lawrence, 42, was arrested for domestic abuse assault-second offense.

• On Saturday, Aug. 24, Marial Wechtour, 19, was arrested for interference with official acts, disorderly conduct and assault on persons in certain occupations.

• On Friday, Aug. 23, Elicia Valdez, 29, was arrested for contempt of court/violation of a no-contact order.

• On Friday, Aug. 23, Rogelio Gomez, 29, was arrested for speeding and operating while under the influence-third or subsequent offense.

• On Thursday, Aug. 22, Ryan Widger, 39, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance-second offense.

• On Thursday, Aug. 22, Amber Mitchell, 44, was arrested for contributing to the delinquency of a minor and theft-third degree-enhanced for priors.

• On Thursday, Aug. 22, Logan Noe-Bown, 23, was arrested for public intoxication.

• On Sunday, Aug. 25, Isaac Muenzenmeyer, 31, was arrested and held for State of Georgia.

• On Sunday, Aug. 25, Carlos Medina-Romero, 22, was arrested and held another agency.

• On Sunday, Aug. 25, Leonard Tait, 33, was arrested for operating while under the influence-first offense, driving on the wrong side of the roadway and no insurance-no accident.

• On Sunday, Aug. 25, Matthew Surber, 52, was arrested for trespass-first offense, domestic abuse assault-first offense-causing bodily injury and domestic abuse assault-divorced spouse-general.

• On Friday, Aug. 23, Elicia Valdez, 29, was arrested on a warrant charging her with two counts of contempt of court/violation of a no-contact order.

• On Friday, Aug. 23, Blaine Hall, 24, was arrested on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
