• April Rose Spillman made an initial appearance on a failure to maintain control charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Sept. 17.

• Tyler Ward Patterson made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for an arraignment hearing charge. The arraignment was filed on Aug. 28. The next court date will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Bond is set at $2,000 cash in the defendant’s name only.
