• Ryan Lee Hauser made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for an arraignment hearing charge. Benjamin Harris-Medina is appointed as counsel. The arraignment hearing will be rescheduled by the District Associate Court. Bond is set at $2,000 cash in defendant’s name only.
• Juan Roy Lizarde made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. Jeff Hazen is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing is set at 10 a.m. on Dec. 4. Lizarde is being held without bond.
• Leonardo Daniel Del Real Sanchez made an initial appearance on a no insurance-accident charge and a leaving the scene of an accident-property damage only charge. Dusty Clements is appointed as counsel. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 27 in Magistrate Court. Bond is set at $350 cash or surety.
