• Robert James Doran made an initial appearance on four counts of a probation violation charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Doran is being held without bond.

• Anyit Wany Anyit made an initial appearance on a parole violation charge. Mark Torche is appointed as counsel. The parole revocation hearing will be scheduled by the Administrative Law Judge. Anyit is being held without bond.

• Derek Ray Edwards made an initial appearance on an escape from custody-felon charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 25. Bond is set at $5,000 cash.

• Kevin Ray Madison Jr. made an initial appearance on a possession in a correctional institution charge, a possession of a controlled substance-third or subsequent offense charge, a driving while barred charge, a violation of conditions of a restricted license charge and an operating a non-registered vehicle charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 25. Bond is set at $7,000 cash or surety. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• Alexander Wayne Perry made an initial appearance on a violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge and a violation of a pre-trial release charge. Jeff Hazen is appointed as counsel on the contempt charge. The contempt hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Pre-trial release is revoked. Bond is set at $5,000 cash. A new no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Jon Fredrick Anderson made an initial appearance on an assault causing bodily injury or mental illness charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 25. Bond is set at $1,000 cash or surety.

• Yirandy Abreu Arrone made an initial appearance on an assault causing bodily injury or mental illness charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 25. Bond is set at $1,000 cash. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Arian Rodriguez Hernandez made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. Leah Patton is appointed as counsel. The pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 13 in Magistrate Court.
