• On Monday, Oct. 21, Shontionna Knox, 27, was arrested for contributing to the delinquency of a minor-cause to act.

• On Monday, Oct. 21, Michael Tavai Jr., 56, was arrested for driving while license is denied or revoked.

• On Monday, Oct. 21, Ramon Santos De La Cruz, 35, was arrested for interference with official acts-bodily injury and on a warrant.

• Michael Tavai Jr. made an initial appearance on a driving while revoked charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 8.

• Dah Htoo made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. Jeff Hazen is appointed as counsel. The pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 20 in Magistrate Court.

• Ramon Alberto Santos De La Cruz made an initial appearance on an interference with official acts-bodily injury charge and two counts of a violation of probation charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing for the interference charge is at 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 1. Bond is set at $1,000 cash or surety.
