• Rahel Kena Mantay made an initial appearance on an assault with intent to inflict serious injury charge, an assault with intent to cause pain or injury charge and an interference with official acts charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 1. Bond is set at $5,000 cash. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Christopher John Clark made an initial appearance on a parole violation charge. Jennie Wilson-Moore is appointed as counsel. The parole revocation hearing will be scheduled by the Administrative Law Judge. Clark is being held without bond.

• Ryan Jason Papakee made an initial appearance on an interference with official acts charge and a public intoxication charge. Papakee pleaded guilty to both charges. The fine for both is $355 with a $53.25 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $468.25.

• Robert Jackson Dalton made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge and a no insurance charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 12.
